Treetop Oasis is conveniently located LESS THAN 1.5 MILES from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, and Big Bear Alpine Zoo! It's also close to Snow Summit Ski Resort (3 mi), The Village (4 mi), Alpine Pedal Path Trail (3.7 mi), and the lake and marinas (4 mi) and everything else Big Bear has to offer.

You can't beat this 4,000 sq ft home with it's open floor plan, 180 degree panoramic views (slopes to lake), wet bar, dry bar, game room, 5 bedroom, 3 fireplaces, 2 decks, 7 person hot tub, hammock, and custom-built Italian wine cellar! The City's Rental Inspector said it is THE ONLY home he has inspected that he would love to rent in Big Bear!

Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the home or in the garage, which features a TESLA Charging Station. In addition, there is a second 220v car EV outlet for other electric vehicles. However, you will need to bring your own charging cords. Walk just a few steps up to the front door. In the entry hall, you'll be greeted by a delightful carving of baby bears and a raccoon climbing a tree. You'll also find a charming wood bench with bears carved on either side.

The grand entrance welcomes you to this four level home with local bear carvings and knotty pine throughout. The entry level has the enviable master suite that features custom-designed furniture, including the king bed frame, bookshelf, and a desk. Start up a fire to fill the master suite with warmth and ambiance. Keep entertained with a flat-screen television. Step out your private deck to take in the fresh, mountain air and ski slope views. The high ceilings and ceiling fan will keep you cool during the warm months. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and a glass shower. The toilet is located in a separate room to provide privacy.

Head up to the top level where you will find the great room with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The living room has an extra large sofa where everyone can comfortably lounge, watch TV, or simply enjoy the warmth of by the fireplace. The wet bar is the perfect place to mix up your favorite cocktail before heading out the deck to admire the sweeping views of the slopes and lake. When hunger strikes, you can stay on the deck and enjoy the great outdoors while grilling on the propane barbecue, or you can head back inside to the big, open kitchen and prepare a meal with ease. The kitchen has ample granite counter space, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, blender and coffee bar.

For fun and entertainment you will want to spend a few hours in the game room. Serve up some snacks and drinks at the dry bar and take your pick of shuffle board, black jack, board games, or billiards. Or if games aren’t your thing, start a fire and get cozy on the pullout sofa to watch TV or movie or maybe just stream music on the soundbar.

If outdoor recreation is more your style, then you will love relaxing while nestled under the trees in the hot tub or hammock.

The lower level is all about getting a good night's rest. You will find three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and garage access on this level where you will find a world class ping-pong table. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, TV, Blu-Ray player, and deck access with views. Bedroom 3 has two twin over queen bunks, TV with DVD player, en suite private bathroom with double vanity, large shower, walk-in closet, and deck access with views. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, TV, and Blu-Ray player.

Find the door that leads you down to the custom-built wine cellar with stones imported directly from Italy! A place from a dream ... arched ceilings, wrought iron chandelier, and wine vault! A getaway in a getaway! This is a one-of-a-kind experience. Featuring a queen bed.

You have access to all areas of the house, garage, and yard. There are 2 closets that remain locked for our personal use.
