This special cabin boasts panoramic mountain views from the large upper deck with lots of seating. Three bedrooms, two baths, BBQ grill, Jacuzzi spa, washer, dryer. Family-friendly. Plenty of room including a loft bedroom. Special touches like a vinyl record player, an arcade-style PacMan machine, wood-burning stove, and ambient noise machines in the bedrooms. Large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people & 3 cars. (Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.) Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.

Kitchen (Main Level): The downstairs open-concept and the fully-stocked kitchen has a large island with breakfast bar seating, a gas stove/oven, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, drip coffee machine, dishwasher, and a dining area that seats 6.

Laundry Area (Main Level): The downstairs mudroom features a dedicated laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. It is adjacent to the kitchen.

Dining Area (Main Level)- off the kitchen has a table with 4 chairs and a bench. Seating for 6. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Big Bear is a 4 season vacation destination with activities for everyone! There are many different local tours, including airplane, flight, helicopter, off-road, & segway tours.

RECREATION: Biking, bowling, camping, go-kart racing, gold mining, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, snow play, snowshoeing, stargazing, ziplining, etc.

LAKE & WATER ACTIVITIES: boating, canoeing, fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, sailing, swimming, waterskiing, wakeboarding, etc.

CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There is ONE (1 ) camera facing out from the front door that records video and audio- motion activated.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
