We have four bedrooms (3 on the main floor/bunk bedroom downstairs,) 3 bathrooms, a game room with a foosball table and pool table, a wood-burning fireplaces/stove. The kitchen has newer appliances. The deck has ample seating, a gas grill, and a jacuzzi spa. The spacious yard is fenced and includes a trampoline.
Amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a Master ensuite bath.
Occupancy 10 people and parking for 4 cars.

We are limited to maximum occupancy to 10 people & 4 parked cars. (children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.) Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum, or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.

This pet-friendly cabin has a fully-stocked kitchen, and our professional cleaning crew provides all bedding & linens. Edelweiss offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a massive backyard for with a trampoline, parking for four vehicles, smart TVs throughout the house with the popular streaming services (log in with your accounts,) a pool table, a foosball table, and breathtaking panoramic forest views.

* Non-family renters must be at least 25 years old.

* Living Room: Open living area with a natural stone wood-burning fireplace. There are multiple windows with a lush, wooded view, including a brook and path. French doors lead out to the oversized deck—large mounted flat-screen TV over the fireplace. The sectional sofa includes an ottoman/table for extra seating.

*Dining Room: New wood accent wall makes for elegant dining. The table seats 8. The door opens to the deck in the dining room.

*Kitchen: Fully stocked extra-large kitchen with updated appliances. Double door Samsung refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Jen-Air gas cooktop and sizeable farm-style sink. Under-cabinet microwave oven, tea, and coffee maker, and toaster. Lots of counter space and a breakfast bar adjacent to the dining room for more seating.

The ensuite bath: Bathroom 1 has a stylish décor, hammered stainless steel sink, and a large walk-in shower with a rain cascade showerhead.*Bedroom 1: Master suite- on the main floor. The Master bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted TV, a vanity with a lighted mirror, ceiling fan, large windows with partial views, and double doors leading out to the patio jacuzzi spa.

*Bedroom 2: On the main floor, this bedroom features a queen bed, a lounging sofa, and great views from the windows.

*Bedroom 3: On the main floor, this bedroom features a full-size bed.

*Bathroom 2: Common bathroom on the main floor has a tub/shower combo.

*Laundry room is on the main floor and features a newer washer and dryer.

* Stairs off the main floor living area are gated to ensure safety for your toddlers and pets.

Plenty of fun to be had in this space featuring a pool table, a foosball table, a mounted flat-screen TV, ample seating, a bar with two stools, and another smaller TV mounted above the bar, so you never miss your favorite game.
* Bedroom 4 is one step up from the game room. This is a small kids room with a low ceiling and four single beds in a bunk bed setup with a wall-mounted TV.
*Bathroom 3 is off the game room and bunkbed room. It has a walk-in shower.
*Yard- Gorgeous, huge fenced, wooded yard. It’s perfect for kids and pets. Part of the yard has a sandy area with a trampoline. Great for family fun, but use at your own risk. There is a sitting area by the trampoline pit with a rattan outdoor table and chairs.
This well-appointed deck is private and offers a panoramic view of lush wooded beauty.*Deck- The large upper deck opens into both the living area and the Master bedroom. There is plenty of comfy seating, a gas grill, a stand-up restaurant heating lamp, and a jacuzzi spa.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
